The schedule below shows fees for documents and services Borrowers in any state may get charged when their loan(s) are set up on one of the FCI Loan Servicing Programs. These fees may be subject to various State and Federal regulations.

NOTICE: All Fees are incurred and billed until FCI is notified of a status change, and could be reversed depending on circumstances.

This SAMPLE shows a few of the many documents and services that Private Money Brokers and Lenders in any state can get from FCI. Loans need to be set up on one of the FCI Loan Servicing Programs to get available services.

NOTICE: All Fees are earned and billed until FCI is notified by Client of any status change when status change actions are done by Client.

(Loans that are new, current, 1 or 2 months delinquent)

Loans over $400K to $1M Add $10 per $100K or portion thereof, ($1M = $75); or $15 per Lender (if greater)
Loans over $1M $95 at $1M plus $20 per $M or portion thereof; or $15 per additional Lender (if greater)

COVERED LOANS (Dodd Frank) that become 25 days delinquent, collection work No additional charge
